Baxter <br />2600 - 34th Avenue West <br />Seattle, Washington 98199 <br />Reference: Consultation/Inspection Services <br />Residence Area Excavation and Filling <br />Shore Acres Lot 6 - Baxter <br />Everett, Washington <br />Dear Sir; <br />206/788-5612 <br />206/794-4332 <br />Please find enclosed field reports of site observation and consultation <br />services, and inspection services, with respect to site area excavation and <br />filling, as requested by you. <br />We observed the area to be excavated into the native soils, and provided <br />further recommendations for site improvement, than previously given in our <br />report to you dated May 13, 1989. One area in particular was found to occur <br />within loose, wet soils, and an attempt to fill with on -site soils was <br />undertaken.
