Novaek Property <br />510 Place <br />Everett, Wa. <br />2.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />99-11-10 <br />The proposed project will consist of the development of the property for the <br />construction of a single family residence. The residence will be placed on the <br />Isubject parcel as shown on the Site Map contained in Appendix B. <br />3.0 DATA COMPILATION AND REVIEW <br />3.1 Site Description <br />The project site is located within the northwest portion of the City of Everett, just <br />east of die Mukilteo city limits in Snohomish County, Washington. The parcel is <br />located along a non -named culdasac that is located just west of the intersection of <br />33`d Avenue West and 51s` Place SW. A Vicinity Map showing the location of the <br />site is contained in Appendix A of this report. <br />1 <br />A site visit was made by GES on October 27, 1999.
