The buffer may be modified if approved by <br />the Planning Director through Review Process 1. Please submit the enclosed <br />application to the Planning Department for our review. <br />Your site plan also shows a retaining wall over three feet in height within the <br />five-foot side setback. The wall must be lowered to three feet or must be <br />approved by the Planning Director through Review Process 11. An application <br />is enclosed.
