NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that the variance be GRANTED to allow a ten foot front setback <br />from the east property line instead of the forty feet required by Code and <br />further require the applicant to meet the following conditions. <br />1. A thirty-foot setback shall be required from the south side property <br />line instead of the seven and one-half feet required by Code. <br />2. Height of any structures shall be limited to 25 feet instead of the <br />28 feet allowed by Code. <br />3. Obtain all necessary permits prior to any construction and comply <br />with all other zoning code requirements. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall be <br />final and conclusive, unless within fifteen (15) days from the date of <br />issuance and signing of this order by the Chairman of the Board, an <br />aggrieved peraon or persons obtains a writ of certiorari from the Superior <br />Court of Washington for Snohomish County for the purpose of review of the <br />action taken. <br />b�TED this 114t day of _ ¢ �u,�u/ , 1987. <br />Chairman, Board of Adjustment <br />Notes to Applicant: <br />1. If a building permit is not obtained within one year from the above j <br />date, the Board's decision shall cease to be effective.
