A site plan (drawn to a scale of not less than 1" - 10' or more than 1" 100 % depending upon the size of the property, containing the following: All dimensions of property and number of acrer, or square feet in site. — Location, dimensions and square footage of existing and proposed structures in relation to the site area boundaries. Parking and loading areas. Traffic access and circulation. Open space, undisturbed areas, landscaping, refuse and service areas, utilities, signs and yard setbacks. 3. List of names and addresses of property owners (not the address of a mortgage lending company) within 300 feet of the subject property, to be typed on Address List Form. Property owners' names may be obtained from the County Assessor's Office, Third Floor, County Administration Building. In the case where a mortgage company is listed as owner in the assessor's records, the purchaser's address may be found by looking up their name in the telephone directory or the City directory (Polk's). If their name cannot be found in either of those directories, the mortgage company name and address may be used; however, in that case, it should be used as written in the assessor's files including the purchaser's name and account number. 4.
