Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 Inter.ational Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. The plans submitted do not clearly indicate the scope of the work and how it complies <br />with the requirements of the International Residential Code (IRC). <br />2. Provide foundation and framing plan. Dimension all footings. Note on drawings: <br />"Footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than 12" below the finished grade." <br />3. Provide stair section and details. Specify rise, run, handrail size, handrail placement, <br />guard construction and attachment, stringer size and connection to the deck at all <br />landings. <br />4.
