The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Pubfic Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted �r�e. Remov� and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on lhis proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. <br />17 <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br />18. Contact the Waler District for connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and sewer services. <br />19. <br />20. <br />21 <br />A catch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br />required for the parking area. <br />If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must disr,harge into a private <br />manhofe, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br />A sprinkler system is required for this buiiding in compliance with the requirements of NFDA <br />Standards 13D. <br />PWComments <br />
