This inspection was to determine the <br />status and condition of the basement area in relation to minimum code standards. <br />This inspection included observations of the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building elements. <br />The basement area is currently unoccupied and should remain unaccupied as the ar*rna does not i �et minimum criteria <br />for use as occupied space. <br />No observable safety concerns were found during this inspection.
