Attached is a report containing some of the deficiencies <br />with the house. <br />The deficiencies are sufficient to cause the building to be posted "Onlawful <br />....� to Occupy." Since the buil3ing is uninhabitable in its present condition, it <br />! � shall re�aain vacant until sudi time as the building is repaired in accordance <br />with the current Building Code, or demolishe3. Failure to comoly caith these <br />requiremencs shall result in the City conductino formal abatement on the <br />building. <br />r � <br />i g,�! <br />Your immediate a[tention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
