As soon as practicable after the deadline for receipt of <br />envelopes containing Submittal Number 1 and Submittal <br />received, will be publicly opened and read aloud. <br />Submittal Number 2, <br />Number 2, properly <br />C. Sound Transit will accept no Bids after the time specified. In the event that either <br />bid submittal envelope is delivered after the time specified (or not delivered), the <br />bid will no! be accepted, and neither submittal envelope will be opened. Sound <br />Transit will not be liable for delays in delivery of Bids to the Contracts <br />Administrator due to handling by the U.S. Postal Service, or any other type of <br />delivery service. Sound Transit reservas the ri�ht to cancel, revise, or amend this Invitation for Bids <br />(IFB) and associated bidding Documents up to the time set for opening the Bids. <br />Revisions and amendments will be announced only by issuance of an Addendum <br />to this IFB. Copies of any Addenda will be furnished to all Document Holders that <br />received this IFB from Sound Transit.
