SC 130
Milbor-Pita
6Malla"C.
6.0 CLOSURE
The conclusions and recommendations presented in this report are based on published
data and the subsurface observations accomplished for this study. Subsurface conditions
can vary substantially with depth, distance, or due to unanticipated geologic conditions.
The integrity of the geotechnical design elements depends on proper site preparation and
construction procedures. While suitable soils appear to be near the surface for
construction of the proposed project, geotechnical-engineering decisions may be required
in the event that localized variations in the subsurface conditions become apparent during
construction. It is recommended that we be retained to provide geotechnical-engineering
services during the earthwork construction phases of the project.
We appreciate this opportunity to be of service to you. Should you have any questions,
or request additional information, please do not hesitate to call.
Milbor-Pita, Inc.
Patricia Reed
Engineering Geologist
r
Frank W.
