This report
presents the results of our subsurface exploration and geotechnical engineering study
relative to the foundations, pavement sections and geoiechnical construction
considerations for the proposed project. Authorization to proceed with this study was
provided in a contract signed by Mr. Daniel Huberty dated IOAugl998.
