This report
presents the results of our subsurface exploration and geotechnical engineering study
relative to the foundations, pavement sections and geoiechnical construction
considerations for the proposed project. Authorization to proceed with this study was
provided in a contract signed by Mr. Daniel Huberty dated IOAugl998. This study has
been completed in general accordance with our proposal letter dated June 97.
Our field exploration disclosed a silt/clay layer that extends to 20 feet in depth across the
site. Based on these data, the site is considerable suitable for the proposed development
from a geotechnical standpoint if recommended designs are incorporated into the final
design.
We have also sent two copies of the report to Inca Engineers in Bellevue.
We appreciate this opportunity to be of service to you and would be please to discuss the
contents of this report or other aspects of the project with you at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Milbor-Pita, Inc.
rank Pita, P.E., P.G.
Geotcchnical Project Manager
Geotcchnical, Tunncl and Environmental Engineers
3090 125° Arc NE Phone (425) 869.5778
Bellme, WA 98005 Fax (425) 961-0677
