Structural additions have been made to the residence without the <br />required permits and required intermediate inspections during <br />the process of the work. <br />2. The electrical service has been altered and is unsafe in its <br />present condition. The work was done without the required <br />permits and necessary inspections by the City of Everett Elec- <br />trical Inspector. <br />Information on building permits to accomplish this work may be obtained <br />from the Building Inspection Department and all corrections must meet the <br />present building codes. Upon completion of the correction work and after <br />the final inspectiun is made by the Building Inspection Department, please <br />call the Housing Inspector, 259-8745, for your Housing Code Compliance <br />Certification. <br />Yours truly, <br />L.
