NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING(S) Section 1: On October 283 1969 the hereinabove described building(s) or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, were examined by the City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative. Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or structure(s), or portions' thereof, are unsafe as defined in the City of Everett Building Code in the following respects, to -wit: 1. The gounds were overgrown with berry vines and unkept with broken glass and trash. 2. The structure is non=conforming in that it occupies the same lots as a three unit apartment structure and is located immediately on the alley • line and therefore does not conform to the front and sideyard requirements of the zoning code. 3. The gutters and downspouts are delapidated. 4. All window panes are broken and glass is strewn around 'both the inside and outside of the structure. 5. Electrical wiring is inadequate. 6. Plumbing is inadequate and the fixtures are either deteriorated or missing. 7. The heating system is delapidated and obselete. 8. Evidence of illegal occupancy is apparent. 9. ,Building has been abandoned for a period in excess of six months. 10. Building has deteriorated more than 50% of value. All of which constitute a hazard to public healthy safety, and welfare and by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, abondanment cause the building to be an unsafe building.
