NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the City <br />Planning Commission Board of Adjustment at the City Hall, Everett, <br />Washington at 7:30 P. M. January 18, 1965 for the consideration of <br />the following: <br />Application from Victor A. Johnson, 2610 Colby, for a variance to <br />permit him to divide a total area of 12350 sq. ft. into two undersized <br />building sites, one to be 6445 sq. it. and the other 5905 sq. ft. in area <br />on Lots 34, 35 and 36, plus 20 ft. of vacated 34th St. plus 10 ft. of <br />vacated alley, in Block 2, Replat of Ruckerls 1st Addition ( the southwest <br />corner of Bell and 34th Streets). <br />Any person desiring to be heard on this proposal should present <br />their opinion at said tirze and place of hearing. <br />F H.
