Description of Violation <br />The following conditions constitute a violation under Section 19.05.010 of the Everett <br />Municipal Code: <br />The non -conforming duplex at 905 34's Street has been converted to a triplex. <br />This is not a permitted use in the R-1 Zone. <br />IL Corrective Action Required <br />To correct this violation, you must eliminate the third unit from the structure and <br />return the area to its non -conforming duplex use as approved in the records of the <br />City of Everett. Corrective Action must be fully completed on or before October 1, <br />2000.
