Box 100 <br />Marysville, WA 98270 <br />Dear Sir: <br />V <br />CITY OF <br />everett <br />PUBLIC WCRKS DEPARTMENT <br />12CO CEDAR STREET <br />EVERER NASHINGTON <br />?8201 <br />The City of Everett has recently annexed the property known as St. Regis Paper <br />Company (3200 - 35th Avenue N.E.) into its corporate city limits. <br />In order to improve the response for emergency calls (Fire and Police) and other <br />services, we feel that it is necessary to change your address to Everett, rather <br />than have it remain Marysville. <br />In discussing this matter with the U.S. Post Office,I have learned that they must <br />have your consent in order to route your mail out of the Everett Post Office, <br />instead of the Marysville office. <br />If you wish to receive a City of Everett mailing address, signify by signing in the <br />space provided and return this letter to us. We will then compile the signed <br />letters and forward them to the Post Office as a petition to have your address <br />changed to Everett.
