The Contractor agrees to comply with, and make all payments required when due, under Workmen's <br />Compensation Laws. Unemployment Compensation Acts, gild Social Security Acts, and to furnish the Owner with <br />evidence of such compliance when so requested, and Also agrees to comply with all applicable builling laws and <br />regulations. <br />
