Work is scheduled to start approximately April 15, 1980, and to require one day to complete. It will be assumed, unless otherwise notified, that the District as normal prime contractor can at its discretion determine if it is economically feasihle to bore und�r existing hard-surraced roads. We agree to hold the City of Everett harmless from any and all damages which the City may suffer by reason ot' the negligence of the pistrict in the performance of any portion of all of the work under this permit at the above location.
