The City has given the � <br /> Applicant the oplion of either vacating 99th St. SE which abuts thel <br /> property on the north side yard or improving it. By chooaing to <br /> improve 99th St. SE, it became neceseary for the Applicani to dedicate <br /> an additional 15 feet of right-of-vay to the City, vhich reduced the ! <br /> area of the site by approximately 7,000 square feet.
