These comments <br /> address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building <br /> Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code. 2001 Edition, <br /> unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings retlecting the corrections requested. <br /> 1. The draft stop locations on Sheet A2do not appear to meet the spacing requirement and area <br /> requirements of UBC 708.3.1.13. Also, the construction method should be included in the <br /> plans. <br /> 2.
