Provide a minimum of 6 evergreen plants at laast three <br /> feet in height for every 100 square feet of required area. <br /> 4 . Provide a ten foot wide landscaped strip between the <br /> public R.O.W. and the parking areas with twelve everqreen <br /> plants at least 3 feet in height for every 20 linear feet. <br /> 5. Provide an inventory of all evergreen trees ov�er 6�� in <br /> diameter except in areas where buildings or pavement is to be <br /> , placed. Identify the greenbelt area along I-5. Provide <br /> additicnal evergreen trees where the vegetation is sparse. <br /> 6. Provide a noise study. <br /> 7. Show where the drainage swale will be located. <br /> 8. Dimension the tot lots and show what type of equip�ent <br /> will be provided. <br /> 9. Provide a non-exclusive easement for access to the <br /> recreational amanities on the parcel east of 16th Avenue for <br /> the tenants west of 16th.
