Ylease provide the following items:
I) Architectural Site Plan—The site plan provided with the application is not drawn to
scale and has insufficient information for us to review. A revised site plan, drawn to
scale, must be provided with sufficient dimensional information to determine setbacks,
landscape vidths, etc.
2) I'hasing Plan for Demolition and Reconstruction of Parking Lot—The civil plans
indicate thc; a total 01'359 parking stalls would be temporazily eliminated during
construction. If all of these spaces are eliminated at once, then the total parking supply
would drop from approsimately 805 to 446. This is below the Zoning Code minimum of
520 parking spaces (]56,000 sq. fi. u one stall per 300 sq. fr. = 520). Further, it would
seem to be in Costco's interest to keep as many parking stalls availab(e at any give time
as possible. Please provide a phasing schedule that maintains a minimum of 520 parking
stalls at any given time. This should be in the form of any additional sheet in the civil
dravings.
3) Final Wetland Mitigation Plan—The SEPA determination requires submittal of a final,
detailed wetland mitigation plan at the time of construction permit application.
Infomiation related to grading and hydrological control chages in the wetland must also
bc retlected in the cvil dra+ings.
Please provide three (3) copies of the above infonnation to the Permit Services Division, located
at 3200 Cedar Street. Once the above information is provided, the Planning Department w;ll
complete a follow-up review within approximately two weeks and may have additional
conmients at that time.
 Z
CITY OF EVEREIT• 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-A • Everett, WA 98201 • (425)257-8731 • Fax (425)257-8742
