Water qualily <br /> monitoring by itself will not address additiona� modification to wetlands on tFie site and <br /> to the storm drainage system. <br /> There are hvo major issues that must still be addressed before modifications can be <br /> made to the Costco site that would be consistent v�ith the EIS.
