The two areas are <br /> sho�m on lhe Vicinity Map & Site Plan Key Map, �igure l. in the noAheaslem praject <br /> arca, a ncw 200-foot long storm water Jetention vauh is proposed adjacent to 19�' <br /> Avcnuc SE. Va�.�lt constn�ction will extcnd southward Gom the existing parking lot to an <br /> �rea oP an exis�ing Jetention pond cell. Cuts approachmg a maximum of about 10 feet <br /> below adjacent grades will be required for detention vault construction. New asphalt- <br /> paveJ parking matching brades with the euisting parking lot will be constructed over the <br /> detention vault.
