This site is in the Silver Lake Watershed. On-site detention <br /> will not be required. Per Concomitant Agreement Ordinance 1535-88 (the rezone <br /> associated with the Annexation of this area) access to this area <br /> shall be consolidat�d to locations approved by the Public Works <br /> Department. To implement this requirement, this; property and <br /> the property to the north shall create a mutual access easement. <br /> This easement shall be part of the Performance Agreement before <br /> the City Council when the Resolution of Intent to Rezone is <br /> considered. <br /> DrivewEy access off the street shall be a minimum of 30 feet <br /> wide, if the parcel to the narth is redpveloped, the driveway <br /> serving both parcels may be widened to 35 feet. Per Concomitant Aqreement Urdinance 1585-88, the heiqht limit <br /> is 26 feet and landscape/screening(set-back) from the east prop- <br /> erty line is 25 feet.
