In the interim, the structure has been increased in size by approximately 1,000 square feet and this was done without benefit of the proper permits. As a final inspection has been requested on this permit, this cannot i�e accomplished by the City until such time that an application and plans are submitted reflectiny this enlargement of the structure. Also, a landscaping plan is to be submitted to the Planninq Department for their review and approval. Upon this submittal and approval by the City, an additional permit will be issued. The building permi�t will be assessed a penalty which will double your fee structure. Upon the issiance of the proper permit, the proper inspection(s) may be requested. I must caution you that during the plan review by the City of EVerett, discrepancies may be noted, that may have already been incorporated into the construction that may cause changes or corrections which may create additional expense in construction costs. Also, I must inform you that the use of any of the storaqe building prior. to the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy is in violation of City Code and is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment of not more than 90 days or both fine and imprisonment.
