We received these pians for review last week as a revision
to the issued permit. The permit was issued without plans or an application, but we can catch the process up
by you sending me revised plans that we can review, stamp, and leave in will-call for you to pick up for the
jobsite.
Until we receive two sets of revised plans that we can approve and issue to the field, no further inspections
should be scheduled. If all that changes is the location of the heat pump, you can e-mail me a portion of the
revised sheet so I can attach it to the huge drawings I printe.d out last week.
Please call me if you have questions. See attached histo.ry for the plans that were never issued with the
permit, and the corrections letter requesting revised plans dated 12/30/2010.

3446_ODl.pdf
Thanks,
Meg
MeHHekRNGRBI . ... r I P;^.rnit -_o ', P. ..,:es
ClryolEvcrctt I ' t r i SI f --rtt WG.
