Based on the trafTc study provided, the proponent will be required tc pay $12,114 in <br /> tra�ic mitigation fees per the City's Traffic Mitigation prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not huve a probable significant <br /> adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under <br /> RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This deterntination assumes compliance with State law and City <br /> ordinances related to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br /> improvement requirements, draina�e, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br /> environmental checklist and other mformation on file with the lead agency. This information is <br /> available to tha public on request. This Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is <br /> specifically conditioned on compliance with the canditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br /> by referonce as if fully set forth herein. <br /> This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340(21; the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 <br /> days from the date below. Comments nmst be sub.mitted by January 31. 1996 or fifteen (15) days <br /> after the date shown on the notarizea copy of the nocice of posting, whichever date is later. <br />
