Clair Olivers, the Ciry of Everett has <br /> expressed iu dcsare to assu�me c:.nain District customess ia the area generally soucheast of <br /> the Bothell-Evcrcrt Highway and 100thShset S.E. � <br /> The subject area (map attached hereto) is presently located within the Ciry of Everett service <br /> area but is prescncly serviced by the Sitver Lake Water District. <br /> By agze�ent, the Ciry is conuactually oblig�ted to rcmiburse the District iu proportiona�e <br /> share of bonded indebtcflness as well as its value of utilities. <br /> As I see it, there are cwo issues persaining to the assumptioa of those customers. First, <br /> compensacion to che District of those wa�ez and sewer cvstomers to Everett.
