The purpose of � <br /> this reinspection was to check your progress in correctinq the <br /> violations listed in previous correspondence. The items listed remain <br /> in need of immediate attention: <br /> 1. Article 81 of the Uniform Fire Code and Uniform Fire Code <br /> Standard 82-1 prohibit the use of propane containers larger than <br /> 2-1/2 lbs. water capacity inside buildings. Installatioiis or <br /> processes which require larger containers must pipe the product i�to th= <br /> buildings from containers which are located outside. Therefore, remove <br /> the propane containers presently being used in the building and install a <br /> supply system which will comply with the Uniform Fire Code, 1988 <br /> Edition. Note: Your installer is required to keep records of your <br /> installation even in those situations where a Fire Department permit is <br /> not required for instdllation. For more information, please call <br /> '�1 259-8726. <br /> ' ' 2. Section 3303(a) of the Uniform Building Code requires that occupied <br /> � basements must provide two exits. Therefore, if the basenent is to <br /> '�' continue to be occupied, a second exit must be provided. Any suc <br /> additional exit must be installed under permit from the City of E� rett <br /> ' ' Building Department and must be inspected and approved prior to occupancy. <br /> ' 3. Post and maintain the correct street address number in a conspicuous <br /> ' place over or near the principal street entrance, or in such other <br /> conspicuous place as is necessary for the easy finding of such address. <br /> Numbers shall be easily legible figures, not less than three (3) inches <br /> �' high, contrasting with the color of the building or other structures upon <br /> ' which they are placed. <br /> A reinspection of this business �xill be conducted on or after July 24, 1990. <br /> '� Please see that the above :equirements are met at that timz.
