The sign pe <br /> were submitted by your company, for new signs at the above location do not comply with <br /> severai sections of the City of Everett Zoning Code. <br /> In the case of the sign iocated at 6417 Evergreen Way the following items need to be <br /> corrected in order for the City of Everett Planning Department to sign off on the sign <br /> pertnit application: <br /> • In order to attain the height of 22' the s�ign needs ta be setl ne. The currental <br /> 2'from the property line, for a total of_ from the prope 8 which would only <br /> site plan shows a setback of only 7'from the property ' <br /> allow for a maximum sign height of 19'.
