INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> The following information is provided for the developer's b2nefit. These are not SEPA <br /> conditions but are associated evith other laws or requirements. All requirements are <br /> preliminary in nature, and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in <br /> effect at the time of submittal for S[PA review. The proposal mi�st comply with ail <br /> ordinances in effect at the time a complete buiiding permit application is filed, <br /> inclucfing those not specifically set for herein. (Exception: For vesting under the <br /> Zoning Cocle, please refer to Section 44 of the Zoning Code). Contact the Planning <br /> Department for information regarding appeals processed for the requirements listed in this <br /> document. <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance <br /> with the City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public <br /> Works Department, showing the site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br /> drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all ;equired improvements in <br /> the aublic right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of thes� drawings is <br /> required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br /> approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit '•s issued/final approval is <br /> issued. <br /> 2. Any gradinglfill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br /> properties. <br /> 3. T': s project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 4. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debri� at all times during <br /> construction. Dust suppression a�d street cleaning must occur as directed by the <br /> Public Works Inspector. <br /> 5. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> 6. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational <br /> prior to commencement of any cleanng or earthwork. <br /> 7. Parking must be per City 7_oning Code and Cit;� Design and Construction Standards <br /> and Specificatiuns. A minirrwm of i parking stall shall be provided for every 300 <br /> square feet of retail space within the shopping center. <br /> 8. A building permii is required for construction and any change of use. <br /> 9.
