Cooling of cooked chicken is indicated on the description of the food preparation process <br /> (HACCP) you submitted. This facility has a limited amount of refrigeraC_n equipment. No <br /> advanced preparation o( foods that require cooline will be allowed unless a walk-in <br /> refrigerator is installed or other Health District approved cooling method is in place. <br /> A preoperational inspection is required prior to operating permit issuance and approval to open <br /> for business. At the time of inspection, the construchon of the food service estaUlishment must be <br /> complete and all equipment must be in place and in proper operating �ondition. Incomplete cc,ustruction <br /> or equipment operation may result in a 5153.00 reinspection fee. Requests for a preoperational <br /> inspeccion must be received at least one tiveek in advance of the date being requested for the <br /> inspection. Contact the Foad Program office a minimum of one week in advance to schedule an <br /> appointment for the preoperational inspection.
