Since at least the water and sewer was work done by <br /> KLB for Allen Clark and not part of the SR 527 contract, WSDOT state�they have no"enforcement" power to cause KLB <br /> to return and remedy the situation. <br /> Obviously WSDOT would like not to hand over the project with these failures, but has no mechanism to direct work by <br /> KLB. As this was work to be done for City Standards I think we need to write a letter to KLB docu nent to condition and <br /> direct KLB to make corrections, and it seems that the Bldg Dept should take the lead. <br /> I am not sure how we handled the issue with PUD, but the problem is essentially the same. <br /> Thanx for you help. <br /> i I <br />
