As I mentioned the utility depressions are on our;the City's} punchlist, even though they may not be on WSDOT's. I intend to raise the issue with Kl6 at each future coristrurtion meeting with KLB and WSDOT if only to keep it visibte. Of course any contact and subsequent commitmer.t you may get from KLB would be the"official"channel for fault correction. Depending on KLB's reaction Kirk may need to write a formal letter of notice to KLB regarding their responsibility to repair the depressions. For sewer/drain2ge Pat will ask Don or Dan to field verify to Pat that an item is done. Ditto for street issues where Howard or Roy will be asked to verify an item is done. Pat will be ihe one to verify completeness of all water punch list items. If other punch list items are discovered, these should be added to the list(i know iYs late) but i would still �ncourage the item to be brought forward to Pat and Jay. Pat will then relay all info on items r,ompleted to Jay, or any item that is new. For major items we will want to discuss in house if not resolved (e.g. wali ,eitlement) -if this is a future city problem wa might want to discuss w/our own geotech (Ryan - maybe you and i can discuss). I did reach Silver Lake's District Engineer today and SLWD did not do a farmal punch list on anything south of 121st. They will still end up with some items as theirs - some vaults at the south end for future meters. So they are interested in providing some input as they have not been asked to-date. Pat -picase get with John Warner(their consultant) early in the week- (Pat- have you and John been in contact? -i can assist if needed). The issues relating to the Allan Clark connections -it seems that WSDOT allowed KLB to do Allan Clark's connections ( i do not kr�ow how this was paid - but we want to review invoices to make sure this�vas not billed to Utilities). No permit has been issued. Jay had mentioned that our development inspector Cliff is involved too.
