This application shall include a statement from <br /> the applicant demonstrating why it is infeasible or impractical <br /> to mount said freestanding si�n on the building. Failure to <br /> satisfactorily meet this requirement shall be sufficient <br /> grounds for denial of the applicatioa. <br /> c. Tne maximum allowable height for all freestanding signs sha11 <br /> be five (5) feet from ground lev?1 to si� tcp. <br /> Z• a. All signs and displays sha1� be =n compliance with the <br /> 3 regulations of the City's Si� Code Chapter 16. 16 E.M.C. <br /> b. That the restaurant be provided with a minimum of 76 cff-street <br /> parking spaces and that the har.dicap stall be re'_ocatad to the east <br /> side of the building shown as space ;17 on L'ne attached site plan. <br /> 6. Two specific driveway� st�all b.= created to provide access to the <br /> parking areas located east and west of the =_xisting building. The <br /> existing handicap space on the south side of the building is to be <br /> eliminated. <br /> 7• The entire street frontage must ba landscaped to a depth of 5 feet <br /> ad,jacent to the Bothell iiighway (SR 527) less the two drive:aays <br /> descriSed in Condition ;/6 above. A laadscaping plan sha11 be <br /> reviewed and approved by the Planning Department. Landscape <br /> materials shall be based on Section 1. 13 of the City's "Standards and <br /> Specifications Kanual". <br /> 8.
