It has come to our attention <br /> that the residence to the west was also connected at the same time. <br /> A proper permit and payment of appropriate fees for the residence was <br /> not obtained from the City. In order for the connection .to conform to <br /> the Everett Municipal Code, the following action must be taken: <br /> 1. Apply and obtain a permit for the residence. Pernit costs <br /> total $760.00. <br /> 2. Sign the enclosed hold/harmless agreement. The code requires <br /> that separate structures have separate sewer connections to <br /> the main. Signing of the agreement will acknowledge that the <br /> the connection, as constructed, does not meet the �erett <br /> tLunicipal Code. <br /> We will anticipate resolution of the above items by 1-15-87.
