I arrived and found a gray Chevrolet WA license plate AHR5748 up on the sidewalk with extensive front end damage. The utility pole#G149 in front of the Chevrolet was damaged and the fire hydrant in front of the Chevrolet was sheared off. The driver Anna P. Brown DOB/01-06-1986 was siriing on the curb being treated by firefighters. I contacted Washington State Patrol Trooper Enpart Kociaj #746. He said he arrived and found the collision and obtained a statement from the witness. He said the driver appears to have had a seizure and is not speaking coherently. Trooper Kociaj handed me the drivers Utah drivers iicense identifying her as Anna P. Brown DOB/01-06-1986. I asked Anna if Trooper Kociaj could retrieve her registration and insurance card. Anna said her passenger"Emma" couid retrieve it. I looked back at the car and there was no passenger. Trooper Kociaj said there was no passenger. I contacted witness Chris E. Miller D06/12-09-1990. I read his statement which indicated that he saw the Chevrolet hit the pole with no brake lights. Chris also wrote in his statement that the female driver appeared to be having a seizure with gart�led speech and foam at her mouth. An ambulance transported Anna to the hospital. I took digital photographs of the scene. DTI towing responded and towed the car away. I cleared the scene and completed my report. I also completed a Department of Licensing Driver Evaluation Request fortn.
