'C <br />Cyy H <br />H 0 <br />REGULATIONS <br />It H It <br />z <br />General <br />Nos <br />O Ht7 <br />1. <br />Residential development over water shall be prohibited. <br />0. 0 <br />2. <br />Applications for development of subdivisions shall include <br />ZH <br />A <br />the following information (at a minimum): <br />a <br />a. Detailed statement (graphic and textual) of proposed <br />gH <br />MCA H <br />CO <br />erosion control plans to be utilized both during and <br />after construction; <br />r <br />W <br />L. Detailed statement (graphic and textual) of any proposed <br />y o <br />alterations to the natural character of the shoreline; <br />c. Sewage disposal plans ( to include statement from the <br />Snohomish Health District attesting to their acceptability); <br />d. Storm drainage plans and provisions; <br />e. Provisions for lot owner access to the water body (where <br />appropriate); <br />f. Provisions for public access to the water body (where <br />appropriate); <br />.. <br />3. <br />Pilling of, or.into, water bodies or their associated wetlands <br />for the purpose of subdivision construction shall not be <br />permitted. <br />4. <br />Placement of f'_11 to assist in flood -proofing of residences <br />shall be allowed subject to appropriate flood control <br />regulations. <br />i <br />i <br />5• <br />Subdivisions or multiple family developments shall not be approve] <br />for which flood control, shoreline protection measires, or bulk - <br />heading will be required to protect residential lots. Conclusive <br />evidence that such structures will be necessary for the safety <br />.. <br />of the residents on all or part of the subdivision or development <br />shall be grounds for denial of all or part of the application, <br />respectively. <br />6. <br />All utility lines shall be underground. <br />~ice <br />7. <br />Permit applicants may be required to submit a plan for main- <br />taining shoreline stability or erosion control during and <br />after construction, <br />S. <br />Sewage disposal facilities and water supply facilities must be <br />- <br />provided in accordance with appropriate governmental health <br />and water quality laws and regulations. Storm drainage faci- <br />lities must be separated from sewage disposal systems. <br />Natural Environment <br />1. <br />Residential subdivisions, to.include short plats, shall be <br />prohibited in the Natural Environment. <br />F-53 <br />
