At this time the most feasi- <br />s <br />ble methods of r <br />thison are apparatus necessarilys distrubs4 the wives. <br />land- <br />installation of <br />but can usually be planned to have minimal visual and physical <br />scape <br />1 <br />effect on the environment. <br />POLICIES <br />1. Insure that upon completion of utility installation or <br />be <br />1 <br />maintenance projects on shorelines, all areas restored <br />replanted with native species <br />to pre -project configuration, <br />the newly planted <br />and, provided with maintenance care until <br />vegetation is established. <br />2. Locate utility trunk lines and facilities outside shoreline <br />areas, to the maximum extent feasible. <br />3. Locate utility lines and facilities, when they must be placed <br />in a shoreline area, so as not to obstruct or destroy scenic <br />facilities should be placed <br />views.
