<br /> Snohanish, State of Washington, and the easenent is described as follaas:
<br /> That portion of Lot 16, Block 1, Silver Lake, according to
<br /> the Plat recorded in Volwne 9 of Plats, Page 29, as described
<br /> on FXhibit "A" and "B" attached hereto and incomorated by
<br /> reference.

<br /> 1. Grantor shall at all times cronduct its activities and all other
<br /> activities conducted on Grantor's property so as not to interfere with,
<br /> obstruct or endanger the usefulness of any i�roverw�ts, or other facilities,
<br /> now or hereafter maintained upon the easenent, or in any way interfere with,
<br /> obstruct or endanger the City's use of the easanent.
<br /> 2. Prior to any construction, work or any other activity by Grantor
<br /> on the ease�nt, a notification and plans for the same sha11 be sul�ttitted in
<br /> writing to the City by Grantor and no such construction, work or activity
<br /> shall be camienced without City's prior written agree[��t that the Grantor's
