The 2003 Internotional Building Code is now <br /> in effect far the City of Everett and the project should be designed to this code. <br /> Response- This project has been designed to,and oll notes have been updated per, the 2003 IBC. <br /> See page A-1.1. <br /> ITEM 2. It is assumed that there will be no children less than 80 months old ii the daycare as for <br /> an E Occuponcy. Otherwise the occupancy will be I-4 and additional comments may upply, <br /> Ru onse- The students will be 3 to 5 years of age. There wilf be no children less ihan 30 months <br /> of age in this educational facility.
