The plans were received after July 1, 2004. The 2003 International Building Code is now in <br /> effect for the City of Everett and the project should be designed to this code. <br /> 2. It is assumed that there will be no children less than 30 months old in the daycare as for an E � <br /> Occupancy. Otherwise the occupancy will be I-4 and additional comments may apply. <br /> 3. Separate toilet facilities should be provided for each sex. Section 29023.1 <br /> 4. The unused door should not be locked from the inside for egress.
