Proposed landscaping, use of native plants, or other measures to preserve or enhance vegetation on the site, if any: The preliminary site design shows a schematic landscaping layout, a final landscape plan would be provided per EMC Section 35.100. at the time of final review and building permits. The City requires adequate landscaping on commercial sites to compliment the nelghborhood and adjacent uses. Landscaping would be planted internally and along the periphery of the site, accompanied by a 7' rockery and a 8' fence on the eastern property boundary. A 10' landscape buffer would be planted on the north, south and eastern propeny boundaries. See Figure -- Pr�liminary Site Design. 5. ANIMALS a.
