What views in the immediate vicinity would be altered or obstructed? <br /> The finished project would be visible from surrounding properties. A 30' building heieht is proposed, (5' below the permitted 35' in a B-1 <br /> zone), increasing com�atibility with the surrounding uses . Lot landscaping will <br /> be designed to compliment the structures a� site layout. The majoriry of the <br /> parking would be internalized. A 10' buffer landscapiug would be provided on the <br /> northern, southern and eastun periphery of the site and internally, with a 7' <br /> rockery and fencing on the eastern property boundary. <br /> 11.
