Lot landscaping will <br /> be designed to compliment the structures a� site layout. The majoriry of the <br /> parking would be internalized. A 10' buffer landscapiug would be provided on the <br /> northern, southern and eastun periphery of the site and internally, with a 7' <br /> rockery and fencing on the eastern property boundary. <br /> 11.
