Plans for any such system must be submitted to the Building Department and the Everett Fire <br /> Department for examination and approval. Such plans must include plans for the underground <br /> mains that will supply the sprinkler system. <br /> Above ground sprinkler piping must be hydrostatically tested as esta'nlished in NFPA Standard <br /> 13. Underground piping must be hydrostatically tested and flushed s�s established in NFPS <br /> Standard 24 fbr private 6re mains. All such tests must be witnessed by a Fire Department <br /> inspectoc Call 259-8710 to make an appointment for inspection. <br /> Contractors' materials and test certificates must be submitted to the Everett Fire Department <br /> prior to issuance of any Certificates of Occupancy. <br /> Call 257-8120 for more infortnation: <br /> 57. Trash Collection- Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum of 5 <br /> feet from the building [UFC 1103.?.2, 194 EditionJ. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. For further information about the electrical service requirements for this <br /> project, please call DistricYs Customer Engineering Office, Everett at 670-32�0 <br /> 2. GTE Northwest Incorporated has facilities in this location. However, any building entrances <br /> must be coordinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocat�an oCG1'E facilities <br /> that is required to construct the commercial buildings will be at the total expense of the <br /> developer.
