However Mr. Ro changed his mind <br /> later date and decided not to hire us without eny notice. On the 20`"of December of <br /> 2003,when we stopped by the project�ite,the tenant improvement work was already <br /> begun by someone other than Man-Ree Constn�ction, Inc. It is an illegal activity that <br /> Mr. Ro hired someone other than us to do the constructan work when the permit was <br /> issued with our company's insurance, bond and license. Mr. Ro completely ignored <br /> my mentioning on this subjeci on our telephone conversation a month ago. <br /> Please take a necessary step to cortect this matter as soon as possible.
