Which nonconfotming signs are proposed to remain. <br /> 2. Elevation Drawing drawn to scale showing: <br /> a. For freestanding signs, ahow the height, dimensiona and aign area of <br /> all proposed aitd existing aigns. <br /> b. For wall signs, the dimensions and facade area of the facade of the <br /> particular busineas or entity for which the sign permit is being <br /> applied. <br /> c. For projecting signs, the dimensions of the sign, its projection from <br /> tha building, and vertical clearanca above grade. <br /> 3. Landscape Plan for all protective islands required by Section 36.090 of <br /> the zoning code for freestanding signs. <br /> 4. Structural, Electrical and any other plans which demonstrate to the <br /> Building Official that the proposed sign meets all requirements of the <br /> Uniform Building Code, U:iiform Sign Code, National Electric Code and any <br /> othar building related codes of the City of Everett. <br />
