These changes are based on a walk-through <br /> inspection on Jrmuary 30, 2001. <br /> 1) Schedule: <br /> • A permit must be obtained from the Building Division Office located at 3200 Cedar <br /> Street prior to any construction or renovations. <br /> • The coaections noted in this letter should be completed prior to inspection. <br /> • Upon completion of the noted corcections, call me specifically at (425) 257-8810 for <br /> inspection. <br /> • If all conections have been made, we will issue you a Certificate of Occupancy for <br /> the facility which will include the existing and new areas. <br /> 2) Panic hazdware should be installed on the front and side exterior exit doors, and the <br /> interior door in the expansion space that leads to Q�e side exit. Section 10073.10. <br /> 3) An approved, monitored fire alazm must be installed per City of Everett Ordnance <br /> 1902-92. Please contact the fire mazshal's office for permit. <br /> 4) The side exit door must be revised to swing in the direction of egress. Section <br /> 1003.3.1.5. <br /> 5) The landing at the side door must be no lower then %z" below the threshold of the <br /> door. The landing should be level (max 2%slope) and continue outward no less then <br /> 44 inches from the door.
